‘Grandma Torino’ Pleads Guilty. In Macon, Georgia, a grandmother pled guilty to shooting a teenager in the head. Why? Because he supposedly threw rocks at her house. My old college professor Chris Lawrence has dubbed her “Grandma Torino”, after the movie she apparently didn’t watch, of course.

The Roy Moore Saga, Continued: Thought you’d heard the last about Roy Moore? Not so fast! This troubling story reported by the Washington Post is just the latest installment of the candidacy that will continue to haunt the GOP. An attorney who represented one of the Roy Moore accusers says (and provides evidence) that Roy Moore supporters offered him $10,000 to drop his client. Who was there as part of this supposed pay-to-play scheme? Breitbart! A sad, somewhat ironic twist, since the tinfoil hat crowd was alleging that liberals and the Washington Post were paying these women to make the claims about Moore.
Markets in Everything, Bathroom Edition. In New York, a new “pay to pee” app is set to take the Big Apple by storm. If you think it’s a bit weird people would pay to use the bathroom in the big city, consider this: public bathrooms in big cities (and even in some offices) are disgusting. One person I know was fond of sneaking over to the Mayflower for its immaculate powder room, rather than use their office john, but I can’t name him or her.
