MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — West Virginia University has broken ground for a $22 million animal research facility on its health sciences campus in Morgantown.
About $7 million of the project is being paid for with bonds, while the National Institutes of Health provided a $14.5 million competitive grant.
