Congressional investigators with the House Select Committee on Benghazi uncovered a series of emails between Hillary Clinton and Sidney Blumenthal that were withheld by either the State Department or Clinton herself.

Republican staff found a number of Libya-related communications that were not included in the records previously submitted to the committee by State, Politico reported Monday evening.
