TUXTLA GUTIERREZ, Mexico (AP) — Police in southern Mexico have arrested a mayoral candidate for the former ruling Institutional Revolutionary Party for the shooting death of a member of a rival party.
Detective Mario Gonzalez says candidate Ulises Grajales was found after a manhunt in connection with the shooting death of Edgardo Hernandez from the conservative National Action Party.
