ANGELICA, N.Y. (AP) — State police say a 53-year-old woman has died after she was hit by a vehicle while pushing her 2-year-old granddaughter in a stroller across a western New York street.
Troopers say Cythnia Polanowski of Angelica was walking with a woman who was walking her dog when they were all hit by a vehicle Tuesday evening in the Allegany County village of Angelica, 60 miles southeast of Buffalo.
