Michael Cohen has postponed testifying to Congress again.

President Trump’s former longtime lawyer was subpoenaed to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday, but Lanny Davis, an adviser to Cohen, said Monday the panel agreed to postpone the appearance “due to post-surgery medical needs.”
