Former Trump campaign aide Bryan Lanza joins CNN — "The producer insinuated to me they were looking for people to espouse a certain narrative, which was taking the tragedy and turning it into a policy debate. And I read that as being a gun control debate," Andrew Klein, whose daughter survived the school shooting, said.(Flickr)

Bryan Lanza, former communications director for the Trump transition team and deputy communications director for the Trump campaign, has joined CNN as a political commentator.

Lanza is managing director of Mercury LLC., a public affairs firm. Since the election, he has occasionally appeared on Fox News and CNN as a Trump supporter.
