PLYMOUTH, Mass. (AP) — A group of local residents say they’ve collected enough signatures to place a public policy question on the November ballot in the Cape and Islands senate district related to the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station.

The group Cape Downwinders says they plan to deliver more than the required 1,200 certified voter signatures to state Secretary William Galvin’s office on Monday.
