President Obama is partially to blame for the deaths of three police officers in Baton Rouge, La., this weekend, according to Fox News contributor and talk radio host David Webb.
The president has legitimized the anti-police brutality movement Black Lives Matter, which has resulted in an increase in hostility towards law enforcement agents, he said.
