RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — In a July 12 story about a Richmond judge dismissing a lawsuit filed by inmate Jens Soering challenging Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell’s authority to deny his transfer to Germany to serve his sentence for murdering his ex-girlfriend’s parents in 1985, The Associated Press, relying on court documents, incorrectly reported the name of Soering’s attorney. Soering is represented by Steven Rosenfield, not Mark Tyndall.
