Mitch McConnell praises Trump’s DACA move but doesn’t commit to fast immigration fix

Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., did not promise fast action on legislation to restore elements of the DACA program that will be phased out under President Trump.

McConnell instead praised the move to end Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, implemented by President Obama in 2012.
