House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff of California on Friday issued three new subpoenas to top Trump administration officials as part of the Democrats’ impeachment investigation.

Michael Duffey and Russell Vought, of the Office of Management and Budget, as well as State Department Counselor T. Ulrich Brechbuhl, have been summoned by Intelligence to testify separately before three panels next month.
