LiLo’s latest loopy move: a rambling mass e-mail to friends and associates, in which she accuses the press of “trying to put an end to me and belittle me” — and seeks help from the likes of the Clintons and Al Gore.

“Let’s sue the tabloids for saying the things they say,” urges the troubled actress. “Defamation of character. Amongst other illegal accusations … I am not fully aware of what these, again, accusations are, but I am fully and eagerly prepared to learn them.” Uh, come again?
