The price of oil slipped Tuesday after a weak report on U.S. manufacturing suggested demand for oil would fall.

Heating oil fell 3.34 cents to finish at $3.1468 a gallon.
Natural gas rose 5.5 cents to end at $2.8540 per 1,000 cubic feet.
On the ICE Futures exchange in London:
Brent crude fell $1.60 to finish the day at $114.18 per barrel.
