WASHINGTON (AP) — Metro says commuters can expect delays on three lines Wednesday morning.

At one point in the morning, portions of the blue, yellow and green lines were down to single tracks. All three lines were back to their normal capacity by 6:30 a.m. But Metro says commuters on all three lines can still expect residual delays in both directions.
