Jesse James may have entered sex rehab in a bid to save his marriage, but evidently it ain’t gonna work. Wife Sandra Bullock, furious about revelations of his infidelity, is reportedly talking to divorce lawyers.

“She has made up her mind,” a friend of the Oscar winner told Us magazine. “She is talking to her lawyer and definitely decided to file for divorce from Jesse. She is over him.”
