KINGSTON, Jamaica (AP) — In a story Sept. 3 about a refinery in Aruba that is being converted into a fuel storage facility, The Associated Press reported erroneously that Hess Corp. closed the Hovensa oil refinery in the U.S. Virgin Islands earlier this year. Hovensa, a joint venture of Hess and Venezuela’s state-owned oil company, closed the refinery.
