Valero part of new oil dock for Southeast Texas

PORT ARTHUR, Texas (AP) — Developers have announced plans for a new oil dock in Southeast Texas.

The Beaumont Enterprise (http://bit.ly/130MuxF ) reported Thursday that the complex is being built on the east bank of the Sabine (suh-BEEN’)-Neches Ship Channel near Port Arthur. The site is where a rusting dry dock sank a couple of years ago alongside Pleasure Island.
