Attorneys rest case in trial of lawmaker

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Attorneys have rested their case in the trial of a Maryland lawmaker accused of theft and misconduct.

Anne Arundel Circuit Court Judge Paul Harris Jr. gave instructions to the jury on Friday in the case of Delegate Tiffany Alston.
