Towson University?s Business Globalization Center, a startup international incubator, hired Clay E. Hickson as its director.
Hickson formerly served as the managing director of the Rhoton Hill Group. He is also the chairman and president of the Maryland-China Business Council.
Recently, he developed a 28-country marketing and communications plan for the clinical diagnostics field for international sales.
The center offers workshops and resources to companies in the greater business community to help them compete in a global marketplace and occupies 5,100 square feet in the Terrace Daleoffice complex.
