WASHINGTON (AP) — Vice President Joe Biden says his decision on whether to seek the presidency in 2016 will not hinge on whether Hillary Clinton enters the race.

Biden said on ABC’s “The View” talk show that he had not made up his mind on running. He kept the door open, saying his experience uniquely positions him to follow through on his and President Barack Obama’s agenda.
