MAYWOOD, Ill. (AP) — Officials say an Urbana man involved in a semi-truck crash outside Chicago has died, bringing the accident’s death toll to five.

The Cook County Medical Examiner says 64-year-old Timothy Osburn died Wednesday evening at a hospital in the Chicago suburb of Maywood. Illinois State Police say a speeding semi-trailer truck changed lanes on July 21 on Interstate 55, causing a chain-reaction accident.
