2 from Va. stopped with alleged counterfeit DVDs, weapon

Two Portsmouth, Virginia, men are facing criminal charges in Maryland’s Wicomico County following a traffic stop that led to the police seizure of 104 counterfeit DVDs and a concealed deadly weapon.

Twenty-nine-year-old Christopher Herring was arrested Sunday on Route 13 in Delmar. He is charged with 104 counts of possession with intent to sell counterfeit DVDs.

A passenger in the vehicle, 20-year-old Douglass Everett, is charged with carrying the concealed weapon.
