Vice President Kamala Harris is participating in a conversation with people who are members of registered apprenticeship programs to honor Apprenticeship Week.
Harris will begin delivering remarks at 12:10 p.m. EST at Pipefitters Local 537 in Dorchester, Massachusetts.
