Rep. George Santos (R-NY) will face a third effort to expel him from his New York House seat after Ethics Committee Chairman Michael Guest (R-MS) introduced a motion to remove him following his panel’s report showing evidence the freshman engaged in unlawful conduct that is “beneath the dignity” of Congress.
