The healthcare proposal floating around Congress includes a few amendments that could bring some members of the House Freedom Caucus closer to a “yes” vote, a member of that group said Friday.

Rep. Dave Brat, R-Va., said on CNN the changes made to the bill would lower the price of healthcare and allow the states to shrug off some federal regulations.
