The Republican National Committee is launching a seven-figure ad featuring Sen. Tim Scott, marking an aggressive strategy to combat President Joe Biden’s agenda during a nonelection year and demonstrating the South Carolina senator’s rising star status.

The 30-second ad, provided exclusively to the Washington Examiner, showcases audio from Scott’s Republican rebuttal to Biden’s joint address to Congress in April. It will run on cable networks.
