Rudy Giuliani: Trump wants to testify

Rudy Giuliani said Thursday that President Trump wants to testify in special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation, but reiterated that Mueller can’t subpoena Trump, and said the circumstances of Trump’s voluntary testimony would have to be right.

“The president wants to testify, he wants to give his side of the case, which he believes is the truth,” Giuliani, Trump’s personal lawyer, said on Fox News.
