New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is getting some company on the hot seat over the handling of nursing homes and COVID-19 patients.

Cuomo is among several Democratic governors who, in recent months, have mandated state nursing homes take in COVID-19 patients. Cuomo has been criticized by both Republicans and Democrats for it, but other state chief executives haven’t until now received similar scrutiny, including Govs. Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan, Phil Murphy of New Jersey, and Tom Wolf of Pennsylvania.
