Md. board upholds accused doc’s suspension

BALTIMORE (AP) — The Maryland Board of Physicians is upholding the license suspension of a doctor charged with molesting a female patient in Allegany County.

The board said Thursday that a disciplinary panel declined to lift the summary suspension of Dr. William Dando’s medical license after a hearing Wednesday in Baltimore.
