DUMFRIES, Va. (AP) — Prince William County Police say a Dumfries man stabbed and killed a pit bull and fatally injured a pit bull puppy in a domestic dispute.
Thirty-two-year-old Gerard Darvell Williams has been charged with animal cruelty, domestic assault and battery, and destruction of property.
