WASHINGTON (AP) — The man who blew the whistle on illegal activity during District of Columbia Mayor Vincent Gray’s 2010 campaign is endorsing one of Gray’s rivals.

Sulaimon Brown announced Monday that D.C. Councilmember Muriel Bowser has his support in the April 1 Democratic primary. He says the mayor’s office needs “a woman’s touch” to move the city past what he calls a corrupt administration.
