BALTIMORE (AP) — The Maryland State Highway Administration says it saw few problems on the roads as rain turned to snow and sleet.
The National Weather Service received snowfall report around the region Sunday ranging from traces to nearly 9 inches in Manchester in Carroll County. Highway officials warned motorists to stay off the roads as heavy snow fell, cutting visibility.
