RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — A Fredericksburg-area pawnbroker has agreed to give refunds as part of a settlement of state motor vehicle title loan violations.
Attorney General Mark Herring announced the settlement with Liberty Pawnshop & Gold, LLC on Tuesday in a news release.
