The Russian Embassy in London was quick to mock President Obama after the White House announced sanctions against the country for interfering in the 2016 presidential election.

“President Obama expels 35 [Russian] diplomats in Cold War deja vu,” the embassy tweeted Thursday. “As everybody, [including American] people, will be glad to see the last of this hapless [administration].”
