Two dozen House Republicans released an indictment of Hillary Clinton’s time in the State Department in the form of a resolution that says she failed to properly protect sensitive and classified information when she led the agency.

“[T]he House of Representatives finds that, as the United States secretary of state, Hillary Rodham Clinton failed to meet minimum standards of care with respect to the handling of classified and sensitive material,” according to the resolution offered by Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif.
