WASHINGTON (AP) — The nation’s largest association of African-American doctors is convening in Washington to discuss health issues in the black community.

Among the items on the agenda for the National Medical Association is the federal health care overhaul. The group says millions of patients could be harmed by states that refuse to fully implement the law.
