As the Republican presidential field has shrunk, one man has benefitted from his former opponents dropping out: former President Donald Trump.

Of the three remaining major GOP presidential candidates, Trump has received the most endorsements from former Republican nominees and is set to add an endorsement from Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), who dropped out of the presidential race in November, at an event on Friday.
