An Indiana man will face no charges after he fatally shot another man who attacked him and at least one woman in a “fit of rage.”

The Washington County Prosecutor’s Office announced Monday that it would not file charges against Blake Henry, 24, for the death of Jacob Mitchell, 29, according to a report.
