In a rescue straight out of a movie, Los Angeles police officers made a rescue on Sunday afternoon that many would consider “plane” awesome.

The Los Angeles Police Department released footage of a rescue in which officers pulled a pilot from his plane just moments before it was struck by a metro train. The pilot was the only person on board when he made an emergency landing on the tracks, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
