WASHINGTON (AP) — Vice President Joe Biden is set to deliver the keynote address at the Human Rights Campaign’s annual dinner next month.
Biden will be speaking to an influential group of gay and lesbian activists who were among President Barack Obama’s most loyal supporters during the 2012 campaign.
