Texas law enforcement officials arrested a local man whom they claim was planning to open fire at a Walmart.

Coleman Thomas Blevins, 28, of Kerrville, was arrested last Friday on a warrant for terroristic threat to create public fear of serious bodily injury, the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office announced in a statement on Sunday.
