People in Alabama can participate in concealed carry without background checks or permits starting next year, according to a new law.
Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey signed House Bill 272 into law on Thursday, removing the state’s concealed carry permit requirement and becoming the 22nd state to remove such a firearms policy.
