Constellation NewEnergy Gas Division, a subsidiary of Baltimore-based Constellation Energy, Cornerstone Energy Inc. of Omaha, Neb.
Cornerstone provides a natural gas and financial hedging services to about 1,400 commercial, industrial and institutional consumers.
“Through this acquisition, we will increase our annual volume by 29 percent to approximately 457 billion cubic feet of natural gas deliveries to commercial, industrial and institutional customers,” CNE Gas President Drew Fellon said.
