Late-night host Bill Maher suggested that President Joe Biden recruit former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley as his 2024 vice presidential candidate, with the intent of forming a “unity ticket.”
Maher’s suggestion comes after Haley, a former South Carolina governor, suspended her presidential run on Wednesday, a day after former President Donald Trump won nearly all of the Super Tuesday primary elections. Biden announced in April last year that he would be seeking reelection in 2024 and that Kamala Harris would remain his vice president.
