Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) suggested Republicans ought to boycott ABC News in the wake of a recent interview she did with anchor George Stephanopoulos, voicing her support for a new lawsuit against him and the network.

The lawsuit was filed by former President Donald Trump’s attorneys, who have accused Stephanopoulos and the network of defamation and tarnishing Trump’s reputation. On March 10, Stephanopoulos asked Mace why she chose to endorse Trump for president when the former president had been found “liable for rape,” a reference to Trump’s case against author E. Jean Carroll in which he was found liable for “sexual abuse” and not rape.
