Comedian Jon Lovitz added his name to the list of celebrities who have spoken out against “cancel culture” and warned of its negative impact on the comedy world.

“I’ll just say it: It’s no different than McCarthyism,” comedian Jon Lovitz said during an interview earlier this week, referencing the 1950s blacklisting of alleged communist allies.
