Jury reaches verdict in Trump trial

The jury has reached a verdict in former President Donald Trump‘s hush money criminal trial in New York, and a decision will soon be read in court.

The 12-person jury has been considering whether Trump is guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records related to the alleged cover-up of hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels.

They deliberated for two days and signaled they had reached a verdict late Thursday afternoon.
