Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) was met with a smattering of boos mixed with cheers while speaking for the Kentucky delegation at the Republican National Convention.
State delegations cast their votes for former President Donald Trump in Milwaukee Monday afternoon, and most speakers representing the various states received warm praise. Among the speakers were Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), and Eric Trump for Florida, but while they were met with near-universal praise, it was a different story for McConnell.
