Country musician John Rich credited God for saving former President Donald Trump’s life during an attempted assassination on Saturday, stating that it is hard for even “the biggest detractors to deny it.”

The shooting occurred when Trump was speaking at a rally in Pennsylvania, during which he moved his head slightly to the right. Very shortly after, gunshots were heard and Trump was seen checking his ear with blood on both his right ear and hand.
